Horizon Cafe

First night in Goa. We had seen the Horizon Cafe after a walk on the beach during the daytime and thought we'd go back at night for something to eat. The food was amazing. We had two currys. Buttered Chicken and a Prawn Curry. Both dishes were amazing toped of with vegetable Pilau rice and a Naan bread. Staff were great and kept us informed how long our food would be. Would recommend the Horizon, and we'll be going back.

Had an incredible time and made unforgettable memories at Horizon Cafe. Great food, beautiful sunset, top notch hospitality made us all feel right at home. Every single food item we ordered was delicious! Nameet is a super host, everyone on his team are amazing people. They made us feel so welcome and took such good care of us: Nameet went out of his way to help us out. Whatever we needed, we felt we could rely on him. He helped us out on multiple occasions, including when we needed a place last minute So we also at the hostel, (Bonds hostel). Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and yummy food freshly prepared! We loved spending time at the common area, we felt extremely well taken care of. My experiences at both the cafe and the hostel were impeccable. Our group spent most days hanging out at horizon cafe. The food was fantastic Linus, the guy who owns the place, took time to talk to us, see what we wanted and then personalized dishes for us. He also went a step further, to prepare meals for us, for the next day since we informed him we were coming there in the afternoon. Linus, was kind enough to give us some masalas which we liked to take back home as well as offer us some complimentary dishes with our meal I can’t recommend it enough

Food: Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor. From fresh seafood that tasted like it came straight from the ocean to the most tender, perfectly spiced curries, you can tell the chefs care about what they’re serving. The grilled fish was particularly a highlight—cooked to perfection with just the right balance of spices. And don’t even get me started on their cocktails—refreshing and perfectly balanced, they were the ideal complement to the tropical setting. Service: The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly without being overbearing. They took the time to explain the menu and made excellent recommendations based on our preferences. You could tell they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience. Vibe: This is where Horizon Beach Cafe really shines. It has a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere that’s ideal for a sunny afternoon or a chill evening by the beach. Whether you're lounging on their cozy seating or gazing at the ocean waves, it's the perfect mix of casual and cozy. There’s a sense of tranquility here that makes it a great place to unwind. All in all, Horizon Beach Cafe is a place you don’t want to miss if you're in Candolim. From the mouthwatering food to the stunning beach view and exceptional service, it’s truly an experience you won’t forget.

Amazing place. One of the newest shacks in Candolim. Chilled out vibes, right at the beach, good music, great food and awesome view of the sunset. Prasad who owns Horizon Cafe, is a great host, welcoming and mixes easily with the crowd at the place. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing ambience right at the beach. If you're around Candolim, do give it a try! Fish curry, rice, soups, Chinese starters, were all lip smacking! Look forward to spending some more time at Horizon on my next trip to Candolim.

What a lovely place to relax with your loved ones, family, or friends! The food is outstanding, and the ambience is fantastic. However, the best part of this cafe is the hospitality of the host, Nameet. He is a gem of a person who treats you like a friend and ensures that you have a wonderful time. If you're in Goa, this spot should definitely be part of your itinerary!
